‘MedLink’, a medical receptionist in your pocket. Medlink is a mHealth platform which centralises and digitises your health data, redefining how society seeks and receives medical attention. MedLink simplifies managing this information by focusing on three stages of the patient journey. Last December, ABC News reported damaging impacts felt by medical staff and patients, citing AIHW's 2017–18 report that ED visitations increased 4.2% from 2018. While the application's features are scoped to the NSW demographic, MedLink is designed to become the new standard in which 'anyone with a smartphone' would seek medical attention.
