BACHELOR OF DESIGN
The Bachelor of Design is a three-year degree, providing students with the potential to shape the way we think about the world through design. Emphasising a ‘thinking through making’ approach, the program combines independent thinking and creativity with practical and technical skills. Students develop a conceptual understanding of how design reflects historical, social, and cultural values, and how it can change the future. By challenging conventional applications of materials, systems, processes and technologies, students seek innovative new solutions to global problems.
BACHELOR OF MEDIA ARTS
The Bachelor of Media Arts is an innovative, industry-aligned three-year degree, producing creative practitioners and content developers with a breadth of knowledge and skills across creative media. Through a studio-based learning environment, students develop a strong foundation in contemporary creative media production including animation, visual effects, moving image, sound, and 3D visualisation, complemented by theoretical studies that encourage critical thinking, contextual awareness, and innovation.
MASTER OF DESIGN
The Master of Design is an interdisciplinary industry-engaged two-year program focusing on the role of design in innovation and the global economy. Combining technology, design thinking, conceptual exploration, strategy, and communication with practical skills, this program allows students to develop their professional and practical design knowledge, providing pathways to advanced industry opportunities.
