As evidenced by the amount of textile waste produced by the fast fashion industry, this project addresses the need for consumers to shift their mindset around sustainable clothes shopping. Eco-friendly manufacturing processes allow for a cleaner environment through reduced carbon emissions. Through a graphic campaign encompassing posters, biodegradable stickers, QR code technology and an app, this project focuses on reducing consumers\u2019 environmental footprint when shopping. Each poster is designed to also be displayed in public spaces to gain the attention of consumers aged between 18\u201324. In addition, this campaign features shoe sole QR code stickers on public grounds to entice individuals to follow where these footprints lead to. Individuals accessing the app can give back to the planet by planting a tree. The QR code will also be embedded into the tags of sustainable clothing to help reach a wider audience and can be returned after no longer wearing it to recycle it into something new.
