Charne Eade is a contemporary artist who paints abstracted landscapes with an urban voice. Charne\u2019s work examines the parallel between the natural and man-made, altering and embracing these interruptions that speak of both place and time. Driven by an intuitive process, Charne combines hand-crafted surfaces with developed ideas of line, mark and shapes. By employing methods of abstraction and deconstruction, mark-making and colour interruption, she develops landscapes that are explorative yet playful.
