Xinyi He
Xinyi He is a designer and skilled user-experience researcher, specialising in experience design and user interaction design. Xinyi’s project addresses food waste as an irresponsible consumption behaviour. She has designed a food storage and process group focusing on decreasing food waste before and after processing food. This design demonstrates the potential for a less-waste kitchen life, linking fresh food, overripe food and wasted food. The compost system can also link with balcony planting, forming a sustainable system from kitchen to balcony.
