Mika Benesh

Mika Benesh is an artist, writer, and designer working on unceded Gadigal land in Sydney, Australia. Mika's research focuses on Jewish ritual object design, investigating the potential for design interventions in the production of these objects to better facilitate emerging and marginal Jewish ritual practices. His writing practice traces relationships between cultural institutions, theology, design, queer/trans lives and movements, and white supremacy. Mika works in jewellery and object design, graphite, print and book making, photography, and textiles.
